- tamari (soy), coconut sugar, sesame seeds, flour (gluten) and whole milk powder (milk) are allergens currently or soon to be processed in the facility. each are stored, segregated and labeled as an allergen away from other raw materials. processing is completed on a dedicated allergen line and is followed by a completed production room clean to prevent cross contamination.
